Microcrystalline wax USP is in solid slab form which can easily be broken up into smaller workable pieces, with a white to off-white in appearance. This material is widely used throughout the personal-care and cosmetic industries in formulations for many everyday beauty products such as pomades, lip balms, lotions, and topical creams to improve overall texture and consistency. Bulk microcrystalline wax - USP finds additional use in industrial applications in the manufacturing of adhesives, lubricants, and coatings to increase flexibility, thickness, or improve stability of the resulting product.
