Organic Cold Pressed Orange Oil is a pure essential oil also referred to by its botanical name Citrus sinensis. This organic essential oil is cold-pressed extracted from the peel of the orange and yields a characteristic fruity citrus scent. Organic orange oil is classified as a top note essential oil with a wide range of cosmetic, food, aromatherapy, and industrial applications. In the cosmetic industry, orange oil is commonly used in body lotions, soaps, and topical skin creams. In the food and beverage industry, this essential oil is used as a flavoring agent in a variety of baked goods, marinades, and soft drinks. Orange oil continues to receive positive press for its calming properties, making it a very popular oil used in aromatherapy.
