Organic Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil is CO2 extracted from the pulp of the fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides, yielding a red-orange oil with a characteristic aroma. With a naturally occurring high content of Vitamins A, C, and E along with palmitoleic and palmitic fatty acids, virgin seabuckthorn oil is desired for a range of topical hair and skincare formulations. As a source of plant sterols, seabuckthorn oil delivers hydrating properties and increases skin elasticity. As an oil rich in antioxidants, it is known to effectively guard skin cells from free radical damage. Sea buckthorn oil is sought after for face serums, moisturizers, creams, lotions, and make-up.
