Sunflower oil, is relatively rich in vitamin E and low in saturated fat. "Linoleic" sunflower oil is commonly known as standard sunflower oil. "High oleic" sunflower oil has a higher content of oleic acids and, as a result, is more stable and resistant to oxidation than standard linoleic sunflower oil.
